This class focuses on building strength and stability in your glutes, hamstrings, and inner thighs through controlled Pilates resistance work, banded glute sequences, and standing sculpt exercises.

You’ll move through glute bridge series, all-fours sculpt work, and standing leg strength movements that build power while maintaining alignment and control.

By the end of this class, your legs will feel stronger, more stable, and deeply activated.
